With over two decades of diverse experience, Akash Kapoor is a seasoned Enterprise Systems Leader dedicated to guiding businesses toward success. Having worked across various industries, cultures, and time zones, At The Enterprise Sponge, he brings a global perspective to every challenge. His expertise spans project management, quality assurance, and business analysis, with a particular focus on the seamless integrations and implementation of Enterprise Systems with SAP and Salesforce.
This work originates from his childhood fascination with technology. He grew up watching his father working long hours at work and home on his computer. His hard work and dedication during his PHD, allowed Akash to learn more about programming, doing Excel Macros with Forecasting, and other aspects with technology. That experience led him to learn more about technology and the vital role they play in enterprise solutions in the workforce.

At The Enterprise Sponge, she bring those enterprise-level insights to small and mid-sized businesses helping them increase revenue, streamline operations, and unlock untapped potential through smart process design and AI integration.
This work is deeply personal to her. She grew up watching her mother run a small business for 17 years. Her hard work changed the trajectory of her family eliminating debt, funding her education, and creating new opportunities she never thought possible. That experience instilled in her a deep respect for small business owners and the vital role they play in our communities.
Now, she is on a mission to help small businesses not just survive, but thrive by bringing clarity to chaos, building systems that scale, and finding new ways to grow.
